Founded in 1982, under the name of Business and Professional Communications Resources (“BPCR”), Oliver Consulting Group (“OCG”) has provided effective, ethical, timely, and economical solutions for our clients. We have represented start-up businesses, small established firms, large corporations, and municipalities from California to Florida. Our firm and our associates work on a solid foundation of providing solutions to our client's problems and creating opportunities for their ultimate success.

Oliver Consulting Group works with associations across the country on varying projects and services. Our clients span from coast to coast with the heaviest concentration in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, the Carolinas, California, and Washington.
Our clients have included Pacific Bell, Tosco Refining Company, State of California Department of Transportation, Small Business Administration, Sysco Foods, San Francisco City Employees' Credit Union, Howard, Rice, et al., Graham & James, Child Find USA, and Strategy Research Institute ("SRI"). Strategy Research Institute is the most comprehensive survey research firm in the country, with multiple disciplines. Oliver Consulting Group ("OCG") relies on SRI for services as needed and SRI remains a client of Oliver Consulting Group as our services are needed.
In 1985 and 1986, Oliver's firm was involved in the successful passage of the Florida seat belt Legislation and worked with NBC Jacksonville affiliate, Channel 17, bringing the Today Show into the port of Jacksonville.
Camryn Oliver Lemmon, APR, CPRC President & Founder Camryn Oliver Lemmon has been a business owner, consultant, and public relations and integrated marketing communications professional for over 25 years. She has created, managed, and sold several successful businesses in California and Florida since 1972. During her 22 years in California, Camryn acquired extensive education and experience with all stages of business growth and management, focusing her communications skills and services to professional service firms, manufacturing, commercial real estate, and retail industries.
As a published author and public speaker, Cam Lemmon has taught classes and led seminars on topics concerning business management, marketing, and public relations. She has worked with the State of California, San Diego County, the Small Business Administration, and several chambers of commerce, SBDC offices in Florida and California in the development and implementation of programs designed for small and medium sized company successes.
Cam reorganized a failing business organization in the San Francisco Bay Area, Entrepreneur Association of Diablo Valley, with the emphasis on teaching and motivating businesses owners and staff for success. We brought to the organization nationally known speakers including Wally (“Famous Amos”), former founder and owner of Famous Amos Cookies, Jay Conrad Levinson, author of the Guerrilla Marketing series of books, and Susan Roann, author of How to Work a Room. Oliver also was active in coordinating the first international conference held in Contra Costa County, California, “Contra Costa USA.” Lemmon is also politically active and has consulted on numerous successful candidate and special issue races, grass roots, and bond measure campaigns.
Cam earned her Accreditation in Public Relations (“APR”) in 1986. She successfully passed the Certified Public Relations Counselor (“CPRC”) exam given through the Florida Public Relations Association in 2001. Oliver has also been an active member in the National Speakers Association, among other professional organizations. Her focus now is more on non-profits.

Lemmon travels to anywhere her clients are located, if needed, but spends most of her time between Birmingham AL, where her family is located, and the West Coast where she is currently involved in several client projects. The office is located in Birmingham, Alabama.
John Lemmon, Director of Business Development for Oliver Consulting Group, establishes, maintains, and plans the overall goals for business development in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. He is responsible for identifying potential business contacts, clients, and partners.Lemmon maintains communication with our clients in the southeast region of the US.
John has worked with Oliver Consulting Group since it was founded in California under it’s original name.He has had years of experience working with SBA and he is a skilled communicator.Lemmon is a creative thinker – one of the best ‘outside the box’, and he comes up with great ideas for our company and for our clients. He also coordinates incoming projects with the creative, marketing, and other client services departments.
